Due to the overwhelming response for this years event, we are currently placing interested participants on our waiting list. The field of golfers is currently full with registered golfers. Anyone registering after July 18th will be placed on a waiting list, and will be contacted if spots open up.

Please complete the registration form below to add your information to our waiting list. After you complete the form do not need to make payment unless we contact you and advise that we have been able to secure a spot for you in our field of golfers.

Registered golfers are encouraged to pay for their golfers as soon as possible using one of the convenient methods for payment below.

This form can register individual golfers or a whole foursome. If you would like the Teeing Off on Cancer Committee to find a foursome for you, just fill out the first section. If you are registering a foursome, please identify one golfer as the team captain and complete the second section.

The price per golfer this year is $ 200.00 or $ 800.00 per foursome. The cost to participate provides each golfer with:

• Greens fee and GPS Cart
• Dinner at Saratoga National
• Commemorative Teeing off on Cancer Shirt
• Commemorative Teeing off on Cancer Drinking Glass
• On course refreshments and snacks
